Catering to multiple specialties, it aims to bridge the gap in regions where a certain healthcare specialization may not be available, ensuring accessibility and affordability to the community seeking private healthcare. The platform is connecting the global community thus, universal timezone and currency conversion have been taken care of regardless of the doctor or patient whereabouts.

This is an Electronic Health Records (EHR) application, aimed at capturing outpatient life events such as doctor visits, hospitalizations, vaccinations, and health check-ups. This solution addresses a prominent challenge faced by healthcare users in Japan, specifically the inconvenience of carrying physical health records. By digitizing and centralizing the records, they become easily accessible and shareable with medical professionals.

To accomplish this, we developed a web application for Super Admin and Provider, as well as a mobile app for the Patient.

A fundraising platform has been developed for the benefit of charity/welfare organizations. Users can sell the NFTs through the platform with an option to give part of the sale proceeds to one or more charitable organizations of their choice. Users can see the NFT projects by the charity organizations which are supported by those projects.

Our objective is to develop a robust online portal that streamlines compliance reporting for businesses, ensuring they meet their financial and regulatory obligations efficiently and accurately. By providing a user-friendly platform, we aim to simplify complex compliance processes, reduce the risk of errors, and enhance transparency in reporting. The portal will support various regulatory frameworks and adapt to evolving compliance requirements, offering businesses a reliable solution to manage and track their reporting obligations.

Providers and Users/Patients create their accounts and give assessments based upon the criteria set by Physicians or they can also do self-assessments to determine the patient's overall health. Based on the scores, providers can plan medication schedules for them and check the patient's health improvements. The application involves assigning assessments, score generation, reports, assessment summaries, alerts, and notifications.
