Currently, patient medical data is stored within the eHealth Exchange server (https://ehealthexchange.org), where providers contribute patient information. To streamline the AWV process, there is a need for a system that fetches patient details from the eHealth Exchange servers and integrates them into the CCMG EHR system. 

 
Our system seamlessly integrate with eHealth exchange service, requesting patient medical records. We receive the results in form of CCDA, store data to perform annual wellness visit and push data back to eHealth exchange network. 

The platform allows users to share their experience and content with the brand for commercial use. It provide creative user-generated content to the company for promotional posts/campaigns for brands. In this platform, company browse through customers' content uploaded/provided by users and targeting the German market.

It is a transcription application, which transcribes the conversation of a therapist and patient, and patient's sentiments are analyzed using Watson tone analyzer and natural language understanding. The core business logic of the application is to save patients who are emotionally disturbed, undergoing depression, or have no control over themselves etc. The application helps the therapist to analyze patients' conditions located in remote areas by listening to their problems through an audio file and gives therapist a good idea of patient's current emotional state.

The objective is to develop a platform (Web and Mobile) to connect shippers with dispatchers as well as drivers. Shippers will submit the freight service request which Drivers and Dispatchers can bid upon. Shippers will review all the bids submitted and further award the job to a Dispatcher or Driver.
