smartData expands operations to Asia-Pacific, Africa, and Middle East

smartData Enterprises has announced its expansion into the Asia-Pacific, Africa, and Middle East (APEM) regions, targeting key markets such as Indonesia, South Africa, and the UAE. The company, already established in countries like India, the USA, and Australia, is broadening its reach to meet the growing demand for digital transformation services in these regions.

This expansion comes at a time when Southeast Asia and parts of Africa are showing signs of economic growth, driven by increased domestic demand and a recovery in global trade.

Reports from MSCI and S&P Global predict steady economic growth for emerging markets in 2024, especially in Southeast Asia and Sub-Saharan Africa. Despite this optimism, inflation and policy challenges remain factors that may impact these regions.

Ajay Tewari, CEO of smartData, highlighted the company’s goal to support businesses in these regions with technological solutions. "It is the right time for smartData to expand into these areas, given the growth we are seeing in Southeast Asia and Africa," Tewari said.

He also noted that smartData’s expertise in cloud computing, artificial intelligence, and data solutions will help businesses in the APEM region enhance operational efficiency and remain competitive in the global market.
