This project is based on OCR using python. The data from documents (hand written or scanned), images, excel, CSV is read and converted into structured data using NLP (natural language processing) and natural language tool kit (NLTK). Important data fields related to patient's visit to clinic or hospital are extracted and stored for further analytics.

NGO’s/Govt organizations give their contribution to community health by providing free healthcare services to their people. NGo’s/Govt takes the community subscription plans on the portal and based on the subscription plan, they receive the tokens by the admin and distribute it to their members.

It collects information about patient demographics, presenting complaints, assessments, referrals, and assists in monitoring trends in patient conditions. It also monitors patient compliance and provides access to primary care and care coordination among care providers to help improve patient satisfaction and outcomes. The overall objective is to create a cloud-based electronic medical record and virtual consult for longterm post-acute care that meets and passes the certification standards of the National Coordinator of Health Information, and Canada Health Infoway.
