Conversely, therapists will login using credentials provided by clinic admin and have access to patient details gathered during the intake process, manage their appointment availability, communicate with clients/patients, conduct group therapy sessions, document therapy notes, generate e-prescriptions sent through an integrated eRX API, send lab test orders to partnered labs for result checks, and handle billing for rendered services.
