The voice bot helps customers to make/manage their taxi booking by communicating with the bot just like they are communicating with a human on the other side. The bot integrates SIP (Session Initiation Protocol) module to handle various incoming requests from the customers and communicates on a defined user conversation decision tree after analyzing the context from the user’s responses using NLP (Natural language Processing).
