The system allows dispute management where users can raise concerns about services, and these disputes will be managed by the Admin. Listings are location-based, and the platform supports multi-currency transactions managed by the Admin. Additionally, SMS Gateway integration enables direct communication between dealers and buyers.

Along with the integration of video call functionality, using a third-party service like Twilio or Vonage. This will allow the service provider and their clients to communicate remotely, increasing the accessibility of the services being offered.
