Lockdown brought smarTians face to face with the unknown. The way operations have continued for over 100 days is a testimony to precise planning, continuous monitoring, and exemplary hard work and dedication towards work and the associated livelihood. Video conferencing has helped. The water cooler talks have been replaced with virtual settings. There have been numerous talk sessions and video conferences for the last three months. The calls have been both formal settings to discuss work and informal off work conversations. This has been a great way of conversing with people and knowing how they are doing in these heightened state of anxiety due to pandemic & offering help and support and solace in any way possible. It is a web and iOS based application developed to facilitate the audits by various organizations, It is used by admin, sub-admin, auditors, clients etc. The organization, whosoever is interested to conduct an audit has to register themselves on the website and then the process begins. The auditor uses the respective mobile application for conducting the audits. All other users are web-based.
COVID-19 IgG antibody testing, also known as serology testing, checks for a type of antibody called immunoglobulin G (IgG). If someone has been exposed to the virus that causes COVID-19, his/her body typically produces IgG antibodies as part of the immune response to the virus can take at least two weeks after exposure to develop antibodies. The proposed solution is to assist labs that are conducting these tests to share their test reports with Patients.
We have designed Patient Portal to get secure report of the COVID – 19 Antibodies test. Test kits being distributed from Pharmacies or Labs to patients. Samples of patient blood are sent to Lab and they will generate an order in their lab and put samples on Lab Analyzer and get a report which they plan to upload at a secure location. The application has features to parse test reports and generating meaningful full reports for front end users i.e Patients. Patients being provided a portal to login and the secure authenticated environment with two-factor authentication and if details match we provide a view of their test report if ready and allow to download as well.
At the admin-level, they shall be able to review Orders and update progress on the test.

The main issues that it resolves are to overcome distance barriers and to improve access to medical services. A patient can communicate and consult with the doctor via video conferencing and chat message.
