Lockdown brought smarTians face to face with the unknown. The way operations have continued for over 100 days is a testimony to precise planning, continuous monitoring, and exemplary hard work and dedication towards work and the associated livelihood. Video conferencing has helped. The water cooler talks have been replaced with virtual settings. There have been numerous talk sessions and video conferences for the last three months. The calls have been both formal settings to discuss work and informal off work conversations. This has been a great way of conversing with people and knowing how they are doing in these heightened state of anxiety due to pandemic & offering help and support and solace in any way possible. Some life stories really inspire us in one and another way. smarTians got an opportunity to listen to an inspiring life story of Govt school principal Ms.Narender kaur in association with NGO Prasanchetas. The purpose of the interactive session to boost the morale of smarTians to endure the tough nd difficult times of life.
More than half of all human communication takes place nonverbally. A Soft Skill session – “Positive Body Language and Gestures” given by director Prasanchetas Foundation. The purpose of this interactive session was to develop smarTians Personality & Self-representation to enhance their work etiquette.
Our CEO, Mr. Ajay Tewari and fellow smarTians participated in another Tuffman event to challenge themselves and discover their passion for running. Proving themselves and being an inspiration for our next generation, Mr. Ajay completed 135 km in a duration of 24 hrs while other smarTians tough on track and with high on josh have competed in 3 hrs, 6hrs, 12hrs solo, and 6 hrs relay races.

The platform will provide customers with personalized, mileage-based service recommendations, streamline appointment scheduling, and ensure seamless data synchronization through integration with X-Time, a leading automotive service software.
This MVP application will be a short-form video-sharing platform similar to TikTok. Users can create, edit, and share videos with a global audience. The app will feature a personalized feed, trending content, and interactive elements like comments, likes, and shares.
This project focused on creating mapping reports to highlight geographic and linguistic disparities in OB/GYN service availability across Kansas. The objective was to provide visual evidence for healthcare researchers and policymakers to better understand provider distribution, identify underserved regions, and highlight language access barriers for Hispanic populations. The deliverables included static maps of provider clusters, Spanish-speaking access segmentation, and a custom symbolic visual to humanize the access challenge.
