Lockdown brought smarTians face to face with the unknown. The way operations have continued for over 100 days is a testimony to precise planning, continuous monitoring, and exemplary hard work and dedication towards work and the associated livelihood. Video conferencing has helped. The water cooler talks have been replaced with virtual settings. There have been numerous talk sessions and video conferences for the last three months. The calls have been both formal settings to discuss work and informal off work conversations. This has been a great way of conversing with people and knowing how they are doing in these heightened state of anxiety due to pandemic & offering help and support and solace in any way possible. Some of the continued efforts by the different group which requires mention are given below :-

Team’s from our Nagpur branch were recognized and awarded with gifts by the client himself for their outstanding performances. Such appreciation not only boosts their morale but enhances their inner abilities too.
Community get-together’s are the best ways to overcome the minuscule challenges and celebrate individual differences. A retro themed get together of Basecamp and SLG members along with their families was organised where members interacted closely with each other, played games, quizzes and encouraged our ‘PauseForFun’ motto.
Our inter-branch collaboration between Nagpur, Dehradun and Mohali branch subsists knowledge sharing culture and interactivity. Such collaboration’s at both large and small scale has helped us to develop a sense of transparency in workflow, implementing new methodology & smoother communication leading to fine-tuned project deliveries.
Adding another year to one’s life prompts internal reflection. It’s a day when people often take a step back and evaluate the progress of their lives. Birthdays are one of life’s epiphany moments, along with other major milestones and we make sure this special day of every smarTian is celebrated with greater spirit within their team.

This wall garden constructed via bottle waste provides clean air, increases oxygen levels, reduces stress, stave off illnesses, impact’s surrounding environment & is a great way to recycle plastic waste.
Our desire for a clean environment represents a powerful sense of destiny and hope for future. Independence Day in India is fervently celebrated all throughout the nation and at smartData Enterprises. This year too, the celebrations were remarkable as India commemorated its 73rd Independence Day where all smarTians joined with their families for the flag hosting ceremony followed by sweet distribution on this very occasion.
Promoting the effort to “GoGreen”, smarTian’s seeked innovative method of promoting eco-friendly environment by planting various medical and fruit bearing trees in our upcoming Kanchenjunga tower. This motivation to “GoGreen” has not only increasingly become part of our CSR but an aspect of remaining relevant in future business environment.

The primary objective of this project is to automate and streamline the prior authorization process for therapists, enabling them to focus on providing high-quality treatments to enhance the patient experience. To achieve this goal, we’ve integrated Epic, Cerner, and Allscripts EHR systems, which will allow us to extract pertinent patient and insurance information, automate patient eligibility verification through EDI 270 and 271 transactions, and establish an easy-to-use Admin Portal for managing staff, patients, and psychologists.
Moreover, it will provide notification and reporting features to keep users informed about patients' verification status and any exceptions that require follow-up actions. Having a positive impact on patient care, increasing productivity and cost savings for both therapists and their patients.

Order can be place within few seconds for car wash services. The application serves the purpose of saving time as well as providing services in a convenient way.
To develop a simple Padel Court Booking App that streamlines the process of booking Padel courts for players while providing club owners with efficient management tools.
A roadside assistance platform to connect the driver with a roadside assistance provider. There are mobile apps for both drivers and providers. The driver can create a request via the app which will reach the nearest available provider. The feature works very similarly to any taxi booking app where a provider will have the option to accept or decline the request. If decline, the request notification will be sent to other available providers. There is an implementation of GPS navigation for the provider to locate and reach to the driver. At the same time, driver can see the ETA and position of provider vehicle on the map. Once the repair request is complete, the driver can pay the service provider in-person or pay via mobile app. There is an invoicing section fro service providers where they can add request items and raise invoice to driver in real time to be paid offline or via mobile app via online payment options.
