Lockdown brought smarTians face to face with the unknown. The way operations have continued for over 100 days is a testimony to precise planning, continuous monitoring, and exemplary hard work and dedication towards work and the associated livelihood. Video conferencing has helped. The water cooler talks have been replaced with virtual settings. There have been numerous talk sessions and video conferences for the last three months. The calls have been both formal settings to discuss work and informal off work conversations. This has been a great way of conversing with people and knowing how they are doing in these heightened state of anxiety due to pandemic & offering help and support and solace in any way possible. Marketplace for buying and selling

It is a smartphone/web-based marketplace for buying and selling new and second hand goods. This has a simplified process for users to use a smartphone to take photos of a product, list the product, accept offers, and sell them. Something similar to Facebook Marketplace, Offer Up, and Caurosell. This portal has been developed for a community of about ~1,200 students who live in close proximity with each other and constantly sell everyday items like furniture and books.

Food Ordering Management for Restaurants

A restaurant Food ordering and delivery application developed for the Australian market. This was developed keeping mobile-first approach where client wanted to target audience via mobile apps only.  The digital disruption caused problems for restaurants who had less branding or online presence. The client wanted to give a cost-effective solution to small-mid scale restaurants to showcase their menu and have increase footfall. Apps allowed multiple restaurants to register to app and showcase their menu in various categories and customers can search nearby restaurants, browse their menu and place online orders. Complete dashboards were provided to each restaurant to manage their orders, customers, payments and deliveries. Apps allowed both online ordering and delivery, thus giving an ease to customers to place order with delivery at their doorstep. Target market was NSW, Australia with plans for country wide expansion gradually. Complete admin interface has been provided on web interface for admin to manage the apps and restaurants have their admin panel to manage their orders, update menu, prices and deliveries.
