The way operations have continued for over 100 days is a testimony to precise planning, continuous monitoring, and exemplary hard work and dedication towards work and the associated livelihood. Video conferencing has helped. The water cooler talks have been replaced with virtual settings. There have been numerous talk sessions and video conferences for the last three months. The calls have been both formal settings to discuss work and informal off work conversations. The app aims to provide personalized workout plans for athletes, utilizing dynamic filtering mechanisms to align exercises with user-specific constraints like injury history, fitness goals, and equipment availability.
Our primary objectives included:
 Enhancing the Existing Design:

  1. Refining the user interface to ensure seamless navigation across the MVP (Minimum Viable Product).
  2. Optimizing screen real estate for improved usability, emphasizing graphical elements (image carousels, GIFs) over text-heavy content.

Developing UI for New Modules:

  1. Designing a Workout Plan Generator (WPG) that dynamically filters exercises based on injury compatibility, available equipment, and goals.
  2. Creating interfaces for real-time trainer tools, enabling easy modification of workout plans and notifications for defective equipment.
  3. Building visually engaging dashboards for progress tracking, featuring KPIs like tonnage, energy output, and average power.

Ensuring User-Centricity:

  1. Designing intuitive input mechanisms for athlete onboarding, workout tracking, and session modifications.
  2. Providing a clean, responsive, and visually engaging interface that caters to both trainers and athletes.

Remote Exam App

The objective of app will work as an intermediate between the general medical observation devices and the system (server). It will collect the data (medical observations) given by the medical devices through BLE and submit the data to the server. It is a SaaS-based solution, that gathers all patient data collected from various implemented medical devices, performed by medical staff at the primary healthcare center, hospital or other location. Relevant medical staff can then read and evaluate the data through Workstation, from another location/time, and give sufficient advice and diagnosis for further investigation. The overall goal of remote monitoring was to overcome the shortage of healthcare workers and improve the efficiency of the facilities by increasing the encounter ratio vs healthcare workers. The application uses structured patient data through IQ forms and using assist flow for effective process flow through use of card systems like the kanban flow.
