We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Leader with a proven track record in driving direct sales for custom software services in the US healthcare and enterprise application markets. This role is ideal for a results-driven professional with the ability to develop and execute high-impact sales strategies, achieve revenue targets, and build lasting client relationships.

 

Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead direct sales efforts, acquiring new clients in the US healthcare and enterprise application sectors.
  2. Develop and execute strategic sales plans in collaboration with VP Sales and Senior Directors.
  3. Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure.
  4. Leverage LinkedIn Sales Navigator, cold calling, and online bidding platforms (Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, PPH) for lead generation.
  5. Drive revenue growth by achieving and exceeding annual sales targets of $300K–$800K USD.
  6. Cultivate and expand client relationships, identifying opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling.
  7. Travel up to 30% annually to the USA or other locations based on business requirements.
  8. Work onsite from the office, ensuring seamless collaboration with internal teams.

 

Required Skills & Experience

  1. 10+ years of experience in direct IT sales, consulting, or enterprise software solutions.
  2. Expertise in selling Fixed Cost and Time & Material (T&M) projects.
  3. Strong understanding of cloud solutions (AWS, GCP, Azure) for healthcare, fintech, supply chain, and B2B2C applications.
  4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and business acumen.
  5. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
  6. Valid US B1/B2 VISA is mandatory.

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in US healthcare and enterprise business sales.
  • Familiarity with modern technology stacks such as .Net Core, React.js, Python, and AI/ML.
  • Exposure to formal sales methodologies and consultative selling approaches.
