We are seeking a highly skilled Manager with expertise in .NET Core Full Stack Development, specializing in the latest front-end technologies like Angular or ReactJS (latest versions). A strong background in the US & International Healthcare domain is essential.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in full-stack development, technical leadership, and project management, ensuring compliance with healthcare security and scalability requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead full-stack development projects, ensuring high performance, scalability, and security.
- Define and manage sprint planning, ensuring smooth execution and timely delivery.
- Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance development environment.
- Implement best practices in API security, data encryption, and healthcare compliance.
- Design scalable, cloud-native solutions leveraging AWS, Azure, or other cloud platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and DevOps engineers.
- Utilize Agile methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps tools to optimize development workflows.
Technical Skills Required
