We are seeking a highly skilled Manager with expertise in .NET Core Full Stack Development, specializing in the latest front-end technologies like Angular or ReactJS (latest versions). A strong background in the US & International Healthcare domain is essential.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in full-stack development, technical leadership, and project management, ensuring compliance with healthcare security and scalability requirements.

 

Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead full-stack development projects, ensuring high performance, scalability, and security.
  2. Define and manage sprint planning, ensuring smooth execution and timely delivery.
  3. Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance development environment.
  4. Implement best practices in API security, data encryption, and healthcare compliance.
  5. Design scalable, cloud-native solutions leveraging AWS, Azure, or other cloud platforms.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and DevOps engineers.
  7. Utilize Agile methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps tools to optimize development workflows.

 

Technical Skills Required

  1. Frontend: Angular, ReactJS, TypeScript
  2. Backend: .NET Core, EF Core, Dapper, Fluent Validations
  3. Microservices & APIs: Docker, DevOps, RabbitMQ, API Management (APIM)
  4. Databases: MSSQL, PostgreSQL
  5. Tools & Platforms: JIRA, Git Bash, PowerShell, Docker

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong experience managing full-stack development teams and technical projects.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
  • Exposure to cloud-native architectures and DevOps best practices.
  • Familiarity with EHR, EMR, HL7, FHIR, and HIPAA compliance.
