The predictive outcome for customer churn or decision-making automation, pattern detection within data, regardless of the application, will depend on the ability to fully customize the AI solution for the likelihood of delivering meaningful outcomes.

AI models work best on quality data, and we support our customers in determining the most relevant sources of data and ensuring that the data is clean, well-structured, and prepped for analysis. This could involve data cleaning and organization and possibly labeling data and adding in augmentations where necessary to provide coverage of all possible scenarios an AI may be exposed to.
