The interface is user friendly, allowing customers to easily search for specific items or browse through categories such as produce, dairy, or household essentials. Once items are added to the virtual cart, users can choose a delivery time slot or schedule a pickup at their preferred store. The platform also offers features such as personalised recommendations based on past purchases, digital coupons for added savings, and the option to communicate with personal shoppers in real-time regarding substitutions or special requests.
