In this phase, it is tailored specifically for internal use by a single CPA firm to streamline document collection, review, and collaboration between staff and clients. Clients receive secure, time-limited upload links via email or SMS—no login required—to submit documents directly, which are automatically stored and organized in integrated Google Drive folders.
