An AI-powered Quality Assurance (QA) tool developed to enhance the customer support experience by automatically analysing customer-agent conversations( both actual human agents as well as agentic bots too). It identifies policy violations, customer sentiment, and agent performance insights in real-time. Platform integrates with CRMs and uses machine learning (ML) and natural language processing (NLP) to offer actionable insights for businesses seeking to improve service quality and operational efficiency. This will help organisations to streamline support analysis, improve agent training, and monitor customer satisfaction metrics. 

The project involves developing a mobile application and a web-based admin panel for a platform that allows users to rent personal items. The system supports three key user roles. General users can search, view, and book rental items, make payments, and provide feedback. Item owners can post items for rent, manage their listings and availability, and receive payments. Admin users manage the overall platform including users, item listings, payments, content, and advertisements via the backend panel.
The platform is built using the MEAN stack for the backend and React Native for mobile apps. It integrates with Google Maps, Facebook, Twitter, and payment gateways, and includes SSL encryption for secure transactions. The application supports both Arabic and English languages and offers features such as live chat, push notifications, and social media integration.

The client wanted to develop an online marketplace application where marketers can register, create their own stores, and sell products on behalf of the client or vendors. Vendors can upload products, manage inventory, and set shipping methods. Marketers have the option to choose from 20 predefined themes, customize store settings (logo, content, domain), and earn commissions as affiliates.
The platform includes warehouse and order management, and integrates with third-party services like GoDaddy for domain registration and PayPal for payments. It follows a subscription-based model (free or paid) and is designed to support multiple languages.
