It is flexible and scalable, making it suitable for organizations of all sizes to manage and automate their administrative and academic activities. This platform operates under a subscription-based software-as-a-service (SaaS) model, whereby institutions pay a monthly or annual fee for access to the system's features such as course scheduling, registration, fee collection, attendance tracking, grading, and data analytics.

Through this web-based platform, faculty, staff, and administrators can easily access information and perform tasks online, resulting in streamlined workflow processes, and enhanced data accuracy and analysis. The system enhances communication between students, faculty, staff, and administrators, providing a centralized platform for announcements, messaging, and updates.

Objective of the Rental Automation Platform was to digitize and automate rent collection, lease management, and jurisdiction-based compliance workflows for landlords and tenants across multiple regions.
