Real estate agents spend a significant portion of their day on phone calls – following up with leads, booking property visits, and confirming client preferences. The client, a mid-sized real estate agency, was struggling with missed follow-ups, delayed responses, and scattered call logs.
To address this, we built a smart inbound-outbound calling agent that acts like a virtual assistant. Integrated directly with the client’s CRM and calendar, the agent automatically places calls, captures lead details, books appointments, and updates records in real time – all while keeping the human agent in control.

smartData developed an automated Competitive Pricing Intelligence and Price-to-Beat platform that continuously discovers, validates, and compares pricing data from Amazon and verified U.S. vendors. The system applies rule-based matching, filters unreliable sellers, calculates landed costs, and identifies optimal competitive pricing.

Built with a scalable architecture, the platform integrates seamlessly with ERP (Business Central) using automated CSV exports and S3/SFTP delivery. It enables real-time pricing visibility, reduces manual effort, and ensures compliance with marketplace requirements.

It is developed for a Japan-based single cleaning solutions provider company to automate and manage their day-to-day workflow and processes for a single cleaning solutions provider company. The system is web-based for company admins and staff and a mobile app for site workers that has the feature of offline sync when site staff works in the basement or out of network connectivity. It has role-based access features, allowing managerial staff to manage staff and schedules, and staff users have limited access to the web interface (To share a customized report with their superiors). It allows tracking the workload and activities of site workers for cleaning and maintaining multiple sites, along with a standard reporting format.
