Customers can initiate the order process by either scanning a QR code located at the table or by informing the waiter directly. This dual approach ensures convenience for customers and efficiency for restaurant staff.

In terms of payments, the platform supports both a consolidated single payment for the entire bill and a split payment mechanism, allowing customers to pay as they order.
