The client sought to improve the existing design and develop a user interface (UI) for new modules within their innovative fitness platform. The app aims to provide personalized workout plans for athletes, utilizing dynamic filtering mechanisms to align exercises with user-specific constraints like injury history, fitness goals, and equipment availability.
Our primary objectives included:
 Enhancing the Existing Design:

1. Refining the user interface to ensure seamless navigation across the MVP (Minimum Viable Product).
2. Optimizing screen real estate for improved usability, emphasizing graphical elements (image carousels, GIFs) over text-heavy content.

Developing UI for New Modules:

1. Designing a Workout Plan Generator (WPG) that dynamically filters exercises based on injury compatibility, available equipment, and goals.
2. Creating interfaces for real-time trainer tools, enabling easy modification of workout plans and notifications for defective equipment.
3. Building visually engaging dashboards for progress tracking, featuring KPIs like tonnage, energy output, and average power.

Ensuring User-Centricity:

1. Designing intuitive input mechanisms for athlete onboarding, workout tracking, and session modifications.
2. Providing a clean, responsive, and visually engaging interface that caters to both trainers and athletes.
    

Application aims to revolutionize the digital fitness landscape by offering a smart, AI-powered mobile application that delivers hyper-personalized workout experiences. This cross-platform app will empower users to achieve their health and fitness goals through dynamic daily workout plans, real-time posture feedback, and seamless integration with wearable devices such as Fitbit and Apple Watch. The application leverages advanced technologies like OpenAI for adaptive workout generation, PoseTracker for form analysis, and biometric data from wearables to ensure each user receives the most effective and safe workout guidance. Users will be guided through a streamlined onboarding experience that personalizes their fitness journey from day one—factoring in goals, experience level, equipment access and any medical conditions.

Proposed solution will be a hub of education system, proposed platform contain multiple courses which falls in different services / categories like: professionals / young learners / certified courses / language programs and so on. Also, proposed platform provides an option to the user to choose subjects and relevant tutors so that they can connect on 1-0-1 & group sessions as well. Users will enrol themselves to the course / tutor after paying the course fee and tuition fee & accordingly once payment is being done they will get notified with the details to access the LMS part. The architecture of the proposed solution will be robust and fully scalable as well as all the contents of the landing page will be managed by Site Admin itself. On this platform admin will create the courses / language programs under each services along with course name / description and will be pushed to the Moodle LMS admin. And in the Moodle LMS site admin will upload the course contents and further settings of the courses will be done on Moodle site.
